She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Vernon Eyben; and her grandparents, John, Katherine Shubert, Adolph and Mary Henning.

She is survived by: her husband Cary Eyben of Vermilion; her sons, Blake and Jaxon; her parents, Pat Shubert and Anne Shubert of Turtle Lake; her sisters, Holly Gabruck (Don) and Candice Walker (Trevor); her mother-in-law Bev Eyben of Vermilion; and her siblings-in-law, Carissa Farkash (Dustin) and Shane Eyben As (Ryan Wilson).

Donations may be made the Stollery Childrens Hospital or to a charity of one's choice.
