He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Butler and Jean Butler. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his son Lee; his sisters, Gloria Butler and Gwen Olsen; and his nieces, Rebecca Olsen (Josh Mueller) and Megan (Brad). He is also survived by numerous relatives & friends.
