He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ellen Kiziak; his parents, Joseph Kiziak and Mary Kiziak; his sister Olga Eliuk (Marshall); his parents-in-law, John and Jennie Zack; and his siblings-in-law, Victor Prystawa, Maryanne Kiziak, Billy Zack and George Juss.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Kiziak, Trina Fisher (Jeremy) and Pamela Robinson (Barry); his grandsons, Remy Fisher, Gray and Wells Robinson; his siblings, Henry Kiziak (Mildred), Lena Zwarych (Mike), Elizabeth Prystawa and Orest Kiziak; and his siblings-in-law, Ruby Schile-Juss, Tom Zack (Linda) and Marion Zack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Haying in the 30's, Ascension of our Lord Parish Church, Friends of Vermilion Health Centre (Palliative Care) or a charity of choice.
