He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Stoyko; his parents, Walter Stoyko and Maria Stoyko; and his sons, Allan Stoyko (Jocelyn) and Larry Stoyko.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian Stoyko of Vermilion, James Stoyko of Vegreville and David Stoyko (Lorraine) of Vegreville; and his sister Anne Babyn of Lloydminster.
