Doug Place Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Place (Viking, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Jean; and his granddaughter Madison. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his daughter Rosanne (Dean); his grandsons, Hunter, Alexander and Easton; his son Trent (Kelsey); his grandsons, Taylen and Bryson; and his sisters, Pat and Elizabeth.

Donations in memory of Doug can be made to the Lorendale Cemetery or the Viking Royal Canadian Legion, Viking, Alberta.
