He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley; his parents, Mike and Kate; and his siblings, Ostap, Clifford and Lil.
He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Todd (Sheri), Adrienne (Brenda), Tracy (Brad) and Wade (Dawn); his grandchildren, Nick, Kyla, Brendan, Sidney, Duell, Stephanie and Jamie; his great grandchildren, Korie, Calix, Jude, Evangeline and Juliet; his brother Orest (Lil); and his great-nephew Weston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
