She is survived by : her husband Dale of Viking; her children, Nicole McCormack (Andrew) of Camrose and Jeremy Madu (Alexandra) of Viking; her grandchildren, Ethan, Kierra, Landon and Logan; and her brothers, Fred Francis and Leigh Francis.

Donations in memory of Pat may be made out to the Lornedale Cemetery, Viking, Alberta; or Viking Health Foundation, Viking, Alberta.
