He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma; his parents, Philip Rock and Margaret Rock; and his brother John Rock. He is survived by: his children, Christina Park (William) of Wainwright, Bill Rock (Kim) of Amisk, Rebecca Hunchak (Wayne) of North Battleford and Cameron Rock (Lucy) of New Zealand; and his siblings, George Rock of High River, Alberta and Peggy Turnbull of Strathmore, Alberta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
