He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Brown and Margaret Brown; his brother-in-law Matt Funkenhauser; his nephew Sam Austin; and his father-in-law Stewart Blair.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brown; his daughters, Kristin (Craig) and Shannon (Rob); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Serena, Shaelynn, Carter and Addison; his siblings, Donald (Vickie), Cathy (Mark) and Carolyn; his mother-in-law Diane Blair; and his brother-in-law Todd (Missy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
