He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter and Mary; his brother Victor; and his nephew Arthur. He is survived by : his wife Chantal; and his children, Jason Boykiw (Lisa) of Warspite, AB, Leanne Tachuk (Keith) of Sherwood Park, AB, Laurie Boykiw (Rob) of Victoria, B. C. and Jesse Boykiw of Bellis, AB. He is also survived by five grandchildren, one brother and his five sisters.
