John Gist Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gist of Westerose, Alberta, born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Mary Ellen Gist; and his sisters, Marion and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; and his children, Daisy (Stan), Tom (Margaret), Bryan (Phyllis), Randy, Wayne (Shawna) and Don. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
