He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Helena, Anna, Franz, Abe (Esther), Heinrich (Sarah), Jacob and Susana (Bryon Friesen); his grandchildren, Katelyn, McKayla, Amy, Damian, Seann, Jenna, Kezia (Josiah Thiessen), William, Mark, Luke, Malachi, Damien, Lincoln and Grayson; and his great grandchildren, Justin and Kaiya. He is also survived by two brothers, one sister, two brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and numerous extended family.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethany Christian Church (1042 9th St, Hondo, AB T0G1G0).
