Mary Jean will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Mary Jean by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Mary Jean is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Mary Jean’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Tennant, Holly Meldrum and William Meldrum; her grandsons, Dawson Clark (Mica) and Liam Tennant (Kristy); and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Aurora and Elyse Tennant.
In lieu of flowers or cards, the family wishes for donations to be made to Homestead Fabric and Quilting, RR3 Barrhead, Alberta, T7N 1N4, 1‑(780)‑674‑6022, to go towards the youth sewing classes to help the sewers and quilters alike of the future be made in Mary's honour.
