She was predeceased by: her husband John; her daughter Linda; her sister Elaine; her brother-in-law Danny; and her parents, Leonard Lardner and Vera Lardner.
She is survived by: her children, Leona, Chuck and Jim (Karen); her grandchildren, Josh, Brittney, Sadie, Presley, Dylan, Marshall, Cody, Mitchell and Leah; and her siblings, Jack and Wendy. She is also survived by seven great‑grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Westlock Memorial Hall (9903 106 St, Westlock, AB T7P2P4).
In honour of Phyllis, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Westlock Library (https://www.canadahelps.org) or a charity of one's choice.
