With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Simone Middelkoop (Westlock, Alberta), who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hazel Bluff Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Father's House Church (55521 Range Rd 254, Sturgeon County, AB T8R1S1).
