He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Swanson and Ruth Swanson; his brothers, Bert and Donald; and his nephew Bradley Swanson.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joyce; his nephew Dave (Angela); his niece Leanne Rohrick (Bart); his great-nephew Jesse; and his great-niece Savanah. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calumet Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ponoka Funeral Home (5115 50 Ave, Ponoka, AB T4J1R5).
