He was predeceased by : his children, Emma and David; his parents, Ernie and Rita; and his mother-in-law Anne.

He is survived by : his wife Jenny; his children, Rachael (Daniel), Lena and Michael (Emily); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jemma and Marcus; his brother Peter (Lynne); his niece Natalie (Paul); his great-nieces, Charlotte and Olivia; his nephew Simon (Paul); his father-in-law Derek; his brother-in-law Graham (Jane); and his nieces, Sarah (Clark) and Helen.
