It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Evelyn Jacobi (Wetaskiwin, Alberta), who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Walter Maciborsky and Louis Jacobi; her son Myron (Leah); and her siblings, Elmer, Harvey, Leonard, Leona Feldberg and Irene Boomer.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Scott (Ron), Blaine Maciborsky (Lucy) and Myles Jacobi (Amanda); her grandchildren, Myra Maciborsky (Jim), Marcie Maciborsky (Owen), Erin Scott (Brett), Laurel Kary (Nick), Devonny Hamula (Brian) and Brett Jacobi; her great grandchildren, Kasey, Marcus, Brodie, Alice, Harper, Cameron and Maverick; and her siblings, Clarence Bailer (Yvonne), Melvin Bailer (Fiona), Marion Smale (Jack) and Jeneline Moan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
