George Delisle Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Delisle of Wetaskiwin, Alberta, born in Edmonton, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenie Delisle and Laurier Delisle; his sister Germaine Nault; and his brother-in-law Bill Gunn. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Arnholtz; his children, Coreen Johnson (Steve), Todd and Kevin Arnholtz; his grandchildren, Mathew, Michael and Taryn Johnson; his brother-in-law Lowell Bloom; his sister Marguerite Gunn (Henry, family: Beverly Seidel, Eldon Erikson, Pauline Aitken, Dwayne Gunn, Michael Gunn, Stephen Gunn, Meagan Duggan) of St. Albert; and his niece Cecile Muzichuk (family: Jacqueline Donohue, David Muzichuk).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Chapel (5302 50 Ave, Wetaskiwin, AB T9A0T1). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the same location.
