He was predeceased by: his parents, Gestur "Jim" Jacobson and Jonasena "Sena" Jacobson; his siblings, Gudrun Isfeld and Ray Jacobson; his siblings-in-law, Robert Isfeld, Gordon Goodman, Baldur Jonasson, Phil Litchfield and Joyce Litchfield; and his parents-in-law, Oli and Anna Lindal.
He is survived by: his wife Olive; his children, Birdeen (Carl) and Blair (Carmen); his grandsons, Braeden and Josh; his sisters, Gloria Goodman and Jeannette Jonasson; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Jacobson, Rosemary Lindal, Linda Wilkie and Jim Wilkie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
