He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mack and Bertha Mack; and his siblings, Vernice Ingrim, Wilmer Mack, Allister Mack, Sharon Unger and Bervin Mack.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Mack; his children, Garlen Mack, Mallory Mack (Teresa) and Dari Mack (Tonya); his grandchildren, Kennedy and Cody; and his siblings, Ramona Shier, Lynol Mack, Sandra Cambell, Garry Mack and Cyril Mack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
