He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Rita; and his siblings, Bill, Jim, Don and Mary Ann Melnyk.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Clint (Renetta) and Angela; his sister Audrey Jarvis (Doug); his sisters-in-law, Liz Saboe (Wayne) and Sharon Hackman; his grandchildren, Ryan (Kelsey) and Jaclyn; his great grandchildren, Rhyan and Luna; and his caregivers, Sonja and Kristin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
