She is survived by: her children, Gary Radakovitch, Angela Radakovitch-Smith (Paul) and Amanda Radakovitch (Trevor); her grandchildren, Kyle Radakovitch (Shentel), Laythan Smith, Brandon White, Avi Smith and Jaxon Smith; Rod.

During COVID, Penny sewed more than 2, 000 masks and gave them away to anyone who needed one.
