She was predeceased by : her husband William; her sons, Wesley and Johnny; and her siblings, Bill, John, Alex, Sandy, Harry, Sophie, Doreen, Pearl and Sadie.

She is survived by : her children, Gloria Koles (Wayne), Larry (Linda) and Robert; her grandchildren, Leah Perry (Tony), Nola DeCosta (Jesse), Landon (Amanda) and Cory (Jacquie); her great grandchildren, Willow, Logan, Aria, Lily and Jacob; and her siblings, Lorraine, Vicky and Carl.

In Evelyn's memory, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
