With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amanda Paetkau (Abbotsford, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Agatha Paetkau and Abram Paetkau; her siblings, Agatha, Elsie, Al, Abe and Harold; and her close friend Art Heppner.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Margaret Petkau and Martha Petkau; her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Koop (Bill), Howard Froese (Sheryl), Rob Froese (Dianne), Ken Froese (Heidi), Wes Petkau (Melanie), Wilma Dirks (Charles), Norm Petkau (Gabrielle) and Don Petkau (Rhianon); and her close friends, Cathy, Keith Heppner, Marissa and Joel.
