Anne leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Anne’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Anne will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob B. Hamm and Anna Hamm (Woelk); her son David; and her son-in-law Rob Isaak. She is survived by: her children, Judy Prachnau, Johnny Rempel and Karen Isaak. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
