He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Robert (Maggie), Linda and Tom; and his siblings, Homer (Pearl), Fred (Charli), Bill (Sharon), John (Lynn), Sidney and Tina (Joe Horkai). He is also survived by was born in Ruigahuizen, The Netherlands, and came to Canada in 1951 with his parents and six siblings.
