She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Sawatzky; and her siblings, Sarah Friesen, Katherine Wall, John Bartsch, Henry Bartsch, Agnes Hiebert, Mary Hiebert and George Bartsch.

She is survived by : her children, Priscilla Reid (Russell), Gerald Sawatzky, Kathleen Klassen (Kevin), Shiela McCausland (Andy) and Naomi Martens (Geoff); her son-in-law Milton Harder; her grandchildren, Melissa Thiessen (Stephen), Laura Harder, Maegan Santiago Martinez (Haniel), Andrew Harder (Caroline), Jordan Reid (Dani), Alyssa Harder, Stephen McCausland (Katie), Andrew McCausland, Anna McCausland, Samuel Martens, Sophie Martens and Anaya Martens; her great grandchildren, Kesler Thiessen, Benji Thiessen, Juan Antonio Santiago Martinez and Leah Sophia Santiago Martinez; her daughter Colleen Harder; and her sisters, Anne Funk (Ben) and Menno Bartsch (Leola). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members and friends.
