He was predeceased by: his parents, John Polywkan and Stella Polywkan; his sister Elaine Todoruk; and his brother-in-law Doug Todoruk. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob (Marilyn) and Joan Yaroshko (Graham Edney); his nephews, David Todoruk, Michael, Brian Polywkan and Colin Edney; and his niece Kimberly Hooper. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
