With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Sawatzky (Abbotsford, British Columbia), who passed away on March 2, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Rudy. She is survived by: her children, Elaine (Al), Stuart (Sonja), Dianne (Ric) and Daryl (Laura).
