Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Julia Helen Nielsen (Abbotsford, British Columbia), born in Ocean Falls, British Columbia, who passed away at the age of 87, on May 10, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Kilian and Helen Kilian; her husband Ole Nielsen; and her brother Jim Kilian. She is survived by: her children, Ken Nielsen (Debbie), Kellie Rhyness (Bruce) and Jerry Nielsen (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Carli Rhyness, Ashley Candy (Devon), Jordan Nielsen (Monica), Kameron Nielsen, Brooklyn Nielsen (Kolbie) and Jenna Nielsen (Joel); her sister-in-law Faye Kilian; her great grandchildren, Logan and Lucas Candy; and her aunt Julie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (2310 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T2X5). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hazelwood Cemetery (34070 Hazelwood Ave, Abbotsford, BC V2S7R1). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bradner Hall (5305 Bradner Rd, Abbotsford, BC V4X2P1).
