He was predeceased by: his parents, Anastasia Hayduk (Nellie) and John Hayduk. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie-Lynne; his daughters, Crystal (Melvin) and Natasha; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Marie, Philip Alfred and Kaden Lyle Leonard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear longtime friends.
