He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Riley Peters; his parents, David Baerg and Anna Baerg; and his siblings, Henry, Cornelius, Mary, Dave, John, Anne and Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Baerg; and his children, Lesley Peters, Sylvia Harder (Andy) and Monte Baerg (Marina). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
