He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalyn and John (Debbie). He is survived by: his siblings, Matt, Jenny (Tim) and Laura (Dwayne); and his stepsisters, Taryn and Kaitlyn (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
