Patricia Urquhart Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Yvette Hacquard and Roy Hacquard; and her husband Alan Urquhart. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Urquhart and Andrew Urquhart; her brother Michael; her sister-in-law Marianne Hacquard; her sister Jo-Anne Gross; her siblings-in-law, David, Suzanne Smith, Fred and Sue Urquhart; and her nieces and nephews, Taylor, Devin Hacquard, David, Jeffrey Gross, Greg, Steven Smith, Jennifer and Christopher Urquhart.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Pat's name to the Canadian Arthritis Society.
