It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rilla Blancard (Abbotsford, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elenore Susan Baron and William "Bill" Keeble Baron (Bill); her son David Wayne; and her brothers, David William Baron and Richard Thomas Baron (Rick).

She is survived by: her husband David Philip Blancard; her daughter-in-law Anna Teresa (Misciagna); and her sister-in-law Belinda (Chorney). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
