He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Fatkin and Mary Fatkin. He is survived by: his son Jeff (Leah); his wife Diane; his brothers, Bruce and Glen (Marina); his stepchildren, Brendan, Connor, Liam and Mikayla; and his nieces, Tara, Megan, Michelle and Jennifer (Micah). He is also survived by relatives and countless friends.
