He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sawatzky and Anna Sawatzky. He is survived by: his siblings, Gilda, Erna and John; his nephew Jesus; his wife Joyce; and his children, Elaine (Al), Stuart (Sonja), Dianne (Ric) and Daryl (Laura). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and cousins.
