She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Nordhagen and Anne Nordhagen; and her brother Robert (Bob). She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Butchart (Arlie); her caregiver Gerald Langlois (Gerry); her children, Shane and Tammi Kennedy; her foster daughter Patience Waterman; her stepsons, Gerald JB (Nancy) and Timothy J Langlois (Pauline); her grandchildren, Adam Kennedy (Rochelle), Emily Kennedy, Daniel, Alec, Ethan Rachmat, Xane Taylor, Mark Angell (Angel), Monica Langlois, Isabel and Ian Langlois; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Riley, Brookes, Aurora, Alistaire, Ezra, Damian and Dominic; and her nieces and nephews, Martin Butchart (Terri), Robert Nordhagen, Julie Davis (James), Christina Ganske (Jason) and Dawn Searle.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Matsqui Community Hall (33676 St Olaf Ave, Abbotsford, BC V4X1T8).
