She was predeceased by: her husband Geoff Thompson; her father Bert VanderHoek; and her nephew Tyler VanderHoek. She is survived by: her children, Braeden (Jaedyn Dionne) and Hannah (Alex Bruma); her mother Tina VanderHoek; and her siblings, Leona Wynia (Charles), Ken VanderHoek, Leo VanderHoek and Grace Rodin (Kris).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home (45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack, BC V2P1B5).
