He is survived by : his significant other Amalie Tepper; his sister Blanche Ervick; and his children, Terri Van (Mervyn), Derek Lizette (Wendy), Jon Lizette (Kim) and Mike Abel. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
