“I write this note while you are saying goodbye to a fine man in Boston Bar. I have known Wilbur for over 50 years, and worked with him from time to time, since I helped the likes of Don Moses, Chief James Scotchman and Wilbur put in long days and hours promoting and the inaugural meetiing of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs in Kamloops in 1969. He was also a member of a Elders group that created an educational video on FASD. He was the one who came up with the name "Protecting the Unborn Spirit".”
