Amy Chun Yin Yong Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Chun Yin Yong (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on August 18, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Amy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Amy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She is survived by: her husband Lue; her children, Emily Lau (Lawrence Lau), Diana Young (Cheewah Yip) and David Young (Tina Young); and her grandchildren, Brendan Yip, Darren Yip, Sheah Young and Rylan Young.
