He was predeceased by: his mother Elena; his siblings, Nora, Mirian, Irma, Leonor, Eda, Dunia, Mayra, Eliseo, Januario, Alonso and Jorge; and his stepson Franklin.
He is survived by: his significant other Maria; his stepdaughters, Reyna and Yoselin; and his siblings-in-law, Dita, Melido and Emilio.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (555 Slocan St, Vancouver, BC V5K2B7). A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ocean View Burial Park (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4).
