It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Black (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Black and Sally Black; his sisters-in-law, Nye Lemay and Mary Murphey; and his father-in-law Rolland Maciukas.

He is survived by : his significant other Susie; his brother James (Patricia); his aunt Anne; his uncle Jake; his mother-in-law Mary; his siblings-in-law, Carol, Ruth (Dirk), Laurie, Patty and John; his extended family Alberta; and his close friends, Robert, Lorne, Patrick, Martin, Sharon, Danica, Dave, Susan and Doug.

Unfortunately, when Covid hit, they stopped travelling.

In 2015 Brian was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but that never stopped them from travelling and having great times with friends in Nevada.
