He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shanta Manik; his children, Indira (David Pal), Sadhana (Hament Kumar), Usha (Tony Prasad) and Vijay Manik; his grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany, Neil, Brianna, Shawn and Tyler; his great grandchild Chloe; and his parents, Manik Prasad and Suva. He was also cherished by one sister, two brothers, nieces and nephews.
