She was predeceased by: her parents, Ragnar Nystedt (Ray) and Elizabeth Nystedt; her husband Peter; her son Brian; and her siblings, Gordon, Elmer, Roy and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Jeanne), Garry (Wendy) and Valerie (Arthur). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ocean View Funeral Home (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4). A committal service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Ocean View Funeral Home & Burial Park (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4).
