He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Yap Tipon; his children, Connie Giner, Diane Brelsford, Dionisio Tipon, Evans Tipon, Evie Tipon, Ever Tipon, Elaine Mueller, Joyce Redman, Lynnevic Tipon, Sean Haggarty and William Haggarty; and his siblings, May Haggarty, Tommy Haggarty and Jean Haggarty. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren, his 12 great grandchildren.
