Ilda Lorenzetto Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ilda Lorenzetto in Burnaby, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonia and Emilio; her siblings, Agnese, Renato, Elide, Antonio and Vilma; and her stepgrandson Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Giovanni; her children, Rita (Nicola), Renata and Franco (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Carly (Raymond) and Michael (Sunita). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel (4276 Hastings St, Burnaby, BC V5C2J6). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Parish Church (1450 Delta Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B3G2). An entombment was held on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ocean View Funeral Home & Burial Park (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4).
