With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Hugh Power of Burnaby, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Roderick (Rod) and Agnes Power (MacDonald) of New Glasgow; his brothers, Danny and Freddy; and his nephews, Troy Fraser and Frankie G..

He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Leng (Calvert), Geraldine Fraser (Harold) and Phyllis Peers (Robert); his siblings' children, Shane O'Neill, Christopher Fraser, Annette Fraser, Tara Fraser, Jennifer Wallace (O'Neill), Kelly Ann Leng, Kathleen Rand (O'Neill) and Colleen O'Neill; his aunt Marie Power; and his godmother Rose St (Gouthro).
